For over a decade we have provided them with numerous systems, covering a multitude of business areas, such as, Trade Parts Sales Growth, Workshop Quality Control, Workshop Sales Performance and Customer / Staff Incentive Programs. With their data coming in from hundreds of dealers and business managers we have the experience and facilities to handle this vast quantity of data and make it work for them. This is an excellent working relationship which continues to this day.

Of the many programs we have designed, there is one in particular which has found a home with all of these Vehicle Manufacturers. They all regard the satisfaction of their customers to be of paramount importance and have invested a lot of time and effort into improving the customer's dealer experience. With the help of our “Workshop Quality Program” they are doing just that and not just in the UK, as we have translated our products into as many as 18 different languages for use in over 20 countries across Europe.
